We’re in the process of applying for planning permission for the site, and thought this would be an opportunity to show the site plan. This is early days, subject to approval, and will likely need tweaking, but this is a formalised view of what we have in mind for the first phase of development.

We’ll also be at the Bressay Garden & Produce Show 2026 on Sunday 30th August where we’ll be asking the community some questions about what they (you!) want from BOAG; after all, it IS a community project. With a bit of luck, we’ll have some helpful visuals to show off as well.
